SPRING 2025 MUSTERS
The SPRING 2025 season is just around the corner!
We begin each season with musters.
This is an opportunity for the grading delegates to assess where both players and teams are at with regards to team numbers and playing in the correct division, with the goal of creating an exciting, fair, and fun competition for all. No small task!
It’s also where we allocate individual players new to the association into teams.
Teams from Autumn 2025 season are automatically entered.
If players wish to leave their teams or any new players want to join a team, they must attend musters and be placed in a team by the BBBA Grading Board.
Transfers between teams are not allowed outside this process.
BBBA is fostering an environment of healthy, fun and fair competition to the benefit of all.
It’s a great opportunity to be part of some great basketball and make new friends and connections through this sport we all love.
Key details
We will be holding 2 weeks of Game Musters & Team Grading, with the competition beginning the week of Monday 4th August.
These are compulsory for all players, coaches and managers if they plan to play/coach/manage in Spring 2025.
Cost is $5 per player per session.

- Primary School B Division – Year 3-5
- Primary School A Division – Year 5-6
- Aussie Hoops (Skills & Drills) – Mon 21st & 28th July 4.30 – 5.30pm
- PS Boys & Girls Division B – Mon 21st & 28th July 5.30 – 6.45pm
- PS Boys & Girls Division A – Mon 21st & 28th July 6.45 – 8.00pm
High School
Age Guide (please note these are a guide only)
- High School Boys Division D – Year 6-7
- High School Boys Division C – Year 7-9
- High School Boys Division B – Year 9-10
- High School Boys Division A – Year 11-12
- High School Girls – Thursday 24th & 31st July 4.45 – 6pm
- High School Boys Division D – Friday 25th & 1st August 4.30 – 6pm
- High School Boys Division C – Friday 25th & 1st August 6 – 7.30pm
- High School Boys Division B – Wed 23rd & 30th July 4.30 – 6pm
- High School Boys Division A – Wed 23rd & 30th July 6 – 7pm
Seniors
Mens A & B grade and Mixed Competition Musters
- 2 weeks of musters – Thursday 24th & 31st July
- Court 2:
Mixed/Womens 5.45 – 7.15pm
Mens B-Grade 7.15 – 9pm - Court 1:
Mens A-Grade 6.30 – 9pm - Competition Starts 7th July
